Refund policy
We happily offer store credit on all returns of full-price items.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, and you will need to request your return within 24 hours of receiving your item. We do not cover the return postage cost, or issue credit for the original postage cost. You will need to use your credit within four months from the time we receive your returned item. You must resend your item within four business days of receiving approval of the return.
In the unlikely event the item you receive has a major fault or does not match the description provided online, we offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods with photos and a detailed description of the issue at hand.
