Refund & Returns Policy

Era Edit happily offers store credit on any return of a full-price item. We don't offer cancellations of sales, or refunds. Purchased items which have not yet been posted can be transferred as store credit.

The returned item must be received in the same condition as when it was sold. You will need to request your return within 24 hours of receiving your item. We do not cover the return postage cost, or issue credit for the original postage cost. We subtract the small transaction fee we are charged on the original purchase, from your credit amount.

You will need to use your credit within four months from the time we receive your returned item. You must resend your item within five business days of receiving approval of the return.

In the unlikely event the item you receive has a major fault or does not match the description provided online, we offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods with photos and a detailed description of the issue at hand.

International customers are responsible for any customs duty on the arrival of their goods.
